Basic Steps Toward Alleviating Back Pain

In this video I will give you three exercises I use to help my back pain. Back pain can be very problematic for someone exercising or looking to become more physically active. Many times in conversations people tell me that their back pain has limited their attempt to exercise. Like most chronic injuries, unless you address the cause proactively it will not go away in time. Resting, or "taking it easy" will not work for these injuries. Yes, if you have a fall or accident this is a different story. The back conditions I'm discussing are the ones that won't go away and plaque people for years. Back pain comes from many different root causes including but not limited to postural and muscular imbalances, inactivity, stress and internal health. In this blog I will give you a few exercises that should be doable for most. This is just a start and there many more stretches and strengthening exercise you should be doing. Before attempting any physical activity you should have your health care practioner evaluate you.
