Welcome to Transform Personal Training Club!

Part 2: Our Membership Programs



In this blog I will be getting into details of our training programs and answering some basis questions I believe everyone is thinking. If you read this blog and have additional questions you can fill out the contact form or email me directly at brian@transformwilmington.com.


First off, Transform Personal Training is about personal training. Everyone that belongs to Transform will have a personal training program. There are three major benefits to this, personalized customer service, results and clientele demographics. We are seeking clients that appreciate professional service from our trainers, a nice and clean facility and members that are respectful and courteous to one another.


Transform will be offering group training programs for men and women, private training in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions as well as a virtual/online training option. Pricing for each type of plan will be made available 2-4 weeks prior to our facility opening during a "presell" period.



Group training at Transform will be offered Monday through Fridays during the mornings and evenings. We will be holding sessions exclusively for women and a coed sessions. Each session is schedule for one hour and includes strength training, cardio interval drills, stretching and core work. These workouts are suitable for most people that have experience exercising and do not have injuries that require personal attention. All exercises in our workouts have a harder version (intensified) and an easier version (regressed).



Virtual/Online Training has taken off in 2020 but was beginning to gain popularity beforehand. This type of training is done through a mobile app. As in any personal training program, a complete goal assessment and health history analysis is done. This can be done directly through the app or by phone consultation. After your analysis is done a complete 30 day workout program is designed and sent to you. Each workout comes complete with instructions, a daily calendar and videos of each exercise in your program. You can log in and record your workouts at anytime and send messages with questions to your trainer. You have access to your trainer through messaging, chat or email if at any time if you have a question or an issue arises



Finally, we offer private personal training, also known as one-on-one training. This is traditional personal training when you meet at a schedule to time to train at the club. These training sessions come in monthly packages of either 30-minute sessions or one hour. This type of training is the most popular because most clients have unique needs such as injury management or enjoy having the focused of their trainer exclusively on them.


At Transform Personal Training you have the ability to switch your training program at any time. Lets say you are going out of town for the summer and would like to keep the results you have made at Transform. You can switch over to our virtual/online program and take us with you on the road. If you want to add some home workouts we have live Skpe workouts available as well.


To conclude, what makes Transform Personal Training unique is that our personal training clients have access to our club everyday of the week. When your are not in a training session you can come in and workout on your own. For a small monthly fee, you can add a spouse or family member to your plan and they can workout at the club also. We want all our clients to come and enjoy our club as often as possible!
